SALON & CANCELATION POLICIES
You can request an appointment online by clicking the link on the landing page. Please keep in mind that this is simply a request and it is not confirmed until I have approved it on my end in which you'll receive an email confirming the appointment. You can cancel/reschedule an existing appointment any time by using the online booking system. If you do not remember your log in information vagaro will reset it for you.
-All appointments must be held with a credit card. Your card will not be charged.
-Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service amount
-"NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
-Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to accommodate guests waiting to get in.
All appointments are confirmed 72 and 48 hours in advance because I know it's nearly impossible to remember an appointment you scheduled months prior. Please review the cancelation policy below:
COLOR ADJUSTMENTS: if your color is in need of a slight adjustment, please let me know via text within 48 hours of your service so I can schedule you for a complimentary color adjustment.
**Please note that changing your mind and wanting something completely different will no longer fall under this category and will be an additional charge. all sales are final
